Motherhood Wasn’t Meant To Be Done Alone
And yet so many women feel lonely and ill-equipped for the job. Whether your a first-time mom in the trenches of postpartum, years into your parenting journey and wondering who you are now, or navigating parenting with ADHD and feeling totally overwhelmed, you don’t need a blueprint for how someone else on the internet “mastered motherhood”. You need the space and support to discover your own version of this journey that feels sustainable, and yes, even joyful, for you.
YOU’RE A NEW MOM
Navigating The Transition Into Motherhood
Nothing rivals the life transformation that comes with becoming a mother. Whether you’re pregnant, newly postpartum, or adjusting to life with older children, motherhood can bring enormous emotional, relational, and identity shifts that often feel invisible to the outside world.
This is a space to process the overwhelm, grief, anxiety, loneliness, resentment, or uncertainty that can coexist alongside deep love for your child. It’s also an opportunity to reconnect with yourself: who you are now, what you need, what matters to you, and how you want this next chapter of your life to feel.
YOU’RE OVERWHELMED WITH
Balancing Competing Demands
Modern motherhood can feel relentless. Between careers, relationships, parenting, emotional labor, and the constant mental load of managing daily life, many women feel like they are always behind, overstimulated, and running on empty.
My clients are often high-achieving women who appear high-functioning on the outside, but internally feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, and exhausted by the pressure to hold everything together. Therapy offers a space to slow down, understand the patterns keeping you stuck in survival mode, regulate your nervous system, and build more sustainable ways of living, relating, and caring for yourself.
YOU’RE A MOM WITH ADHD
Managing A Heavy Mental Load
For many women, motherhood intensifies ADHD symptoms in ways that can feel overwhelming and deeply discouraging. Systems that once worked may suddenly fall apart, leaving you feeling disorganized, overstimulated, emotionally reactive, constantly behind, or unable to keep up with the demands of daily life.
Many high-achieving women with ADHD carry significant shame around struggling, especially when they feel like everyone else is managing motherhood more easily. Therapy can help you better understand how ADHD impacts your nervous system, emotions, relationships, routines, and sense of self — while also developing supportive systems, realistic expectations, and practical strategies that work for your actual life.

Short answer: as often as you’d like.
Long answer: I’ve found (and research has, too), that the relationship between a therapist and her client is the #1 predictor of success in therapy. So, I typically recommend starting with weekly sessions to build a solid foundation, then figuring out together what frequency serves your long term goals.
